YOGA WILL NOW BEGIN ON SEPTEMBER 23, 2021
Stretch, de-stress and have some fun too! This "after-work" class, open to all levels of experience and ability, includes breadth work, posture sequences to build strength and cultivate balance and concentration. Class ends with guided relaxation. Led by seasoned Kripalu certified instructors Malu Doherty and Mary Starr Green.
Students will need to bring their own yoga mat, blocks, and any other equipment desired.
Note: Mary and Malu will alternate leading the class week-by-week.
Classes will be held IN PERSON as well as through ZOOM video conferencing. ZOOM class information will be emailed prior to class
Masks will be required for in person classes due to the Town of Southborough masking policy for town owned buildings.
