Stretch, de-stress and have some fun too! This "after-work" class, open to all levels of experience and ability, includes breadth work, posture sequences to build strength and cultivate balance and concentration. Class ends with guided relaxation. Led by seasoned Kripalu certified instructors Malu Doherty and Mary Starr Green.
Note: Mary and Malu will alternate leading the class week-by-week.
Classes will be held through ZOOM video conferencing. ZOOM class information will be included on your activity receipt. You will receive an email each week with log on information.
