Stretch, de-stress and relax your mind with yoga. This "after-work" at-home class is open to all levels of experience and ability. Yoga sessions include breadth work, posture sequences to build strength and cultivate balance and concentration. Class ends with guided relaxation. Led by seasoned Kripalu certified instructors Malu Doherty and Mary Starr Green.
Note: Mary and Malu will alternate leading the class week-by-week.
Classes will be held through ZOOM video conferencing. ZOOM class information will be emailed prior to class.
