Improve your self-defense skills and your wellness, with the healthy, simple, and enjoyable exercise of Uechi Ryu Karate Do. Learn to move and keep yourself protected using a “soft” defense against a larger, stronger opponent. Also develop the skill to smother an attack using a “hard” up-close defense. Maintain your awareness and poise through active meditation. This introductory course is for adults and children at least ten years old. While parent(s) are welcome to watch, they are encouraged to participate in the adult class section at the same time and place
