Nothing is better than making BBQ chicken and pickled vegetables from scratch to serve in a sandwich. In this online interactive class, led by a professional cooking instructor, make one of the most popular Vietnamese cuisines, Vietnamese Banh Mi. Participants will make the full dish including Vietnamese BBQ chicken, delicious sauces and condiments, and pickled vegetables, with everything assembled on French baguettes for serving.

 This series of programs is made possible with grant funds from the Library Services & Technology Act distributed by the Massachusetts Board of Library Commissioners.
