Kids Yoga
Come join us for a Kid's Yoga Adventure!

Our class will incorporate fun and creative themes to engage our imaginations as we explore the world of Yoga, Meditation and Mindfulness. We will learn yoga postures to help improve focus, concentration and coordination as well as strength, and self-confidence. No experience necessary! 

Please bring a yoga mat to class.
