In collaboration with Jill Vroman Fitness [https://jillvromanfitness.com/]: Lean how to handle life’s challenges with better ease and flow with takeaway skill to set you in a better  direction. This will be an experiential workshop with tools to support you in stressful times. Program will take place virtually on Zoom. Please register in advance, an email with the Zoom link will be sent the day of the program. Registration is Required. Space is Limited.
