Healthy Body Healthy Mind

The Southborough Library is offering a fun workshop that combines movement and breath work with journaling and conversation! Taught by fitness instructor Ashley Mitchell, teens will learn exercises to help to navigate everyday challenges, and foster personal development, confidence, and excellence.
This workshop is for all levels and requires no equipment other than a yoga mat. Breakfast food will be available.
