Come join F.A.S.T. Athletics for some floor/street hockey fun.
Fundamentals of hockey will be taught through training stations the first portion of the course. One-timers, passing, shooting and dribbling will be some of the training focus in the beginning. After the instructional period is over, each day will end with a good old fashion floor hockey game. At the beginning of class; we will remind the students of safety and good sportsmanship.
