This program is open to boys and girls and focuses on personal growth through setting and achieving goals, enhancing their running skills, and building endurance. The club emphasizes teamwork, discipline, and a passion for running, helping students develop both physically and mentally. Through guided training and a supportive environment, students are encouraged to improve their performance, grow in confidence, and foster a lifelong love for running.
The program is designed to allow students to slowly increase their distance week by week. This class runs rain or shine so please have participants plan accordingly.
