Chess Wizards has been teaching the game of chess since 2002. Join us this summer for tons of challenging chess lessons, exciting games, and cool prizes. You'll improve your chess skills, meet new friends, and work out your most powerful muscle— your brain! Our clubs include fun team chess games (like Corner Chess), recess time (of course), snacks, tournaments, and puzzles. Each kid receives a T-shirt, trophy, and puzzle folder. We include all the materials necessary for your child to participate. Unleash your brain power and spend part of your vacation with Chess Wizards! NEW! Summer in the Afternoon Add-On We’re excited to enhance our enrichment lineup with a brand-new afternoon add-on! Participants enrolled in select specialty morning camps can extend their day with Summer in the Afternoon, providing seamless full-day childcare for families. This flexible option combines engaging morning enrichment with a fun, afternoon experience making summer scheduling easier than ever. Rec Van transportation will be provided from your specialty camp to Woodward School, where your child will join our traditional summer program. Parent/guardian pick-up is required at Woodward School by 4:00pm. Please pack a nut-free lunch and snack from home each day.Separate registration required (Child must be registered for Chess Wizards Summer Program to participate) This add-on does not include the Summer Program Thursday Field Trip.Summer in the Afternoon- $150Space is limited
