Girls Fall Volleyball - Girls Fall Volleyball Grade 5 & 6
Come join us for a fun six week session of volleyball! Girls will be taught the fundamentals of volleyball from bumping, to setting, to spiking and serving. The emphasis will be on teaching the correct techniques so that kids can excel in all phases of the game.
Each hour is broken down into 40 minutes of drills and 20 minutes of scrimmage.
Kids will also learn how to communicate on the court, create a cheer or two, learn some cool volleyball jargons, meet new friends, and, along the way learn to love volleyball.
The main emphasis is to teach kids to compete within themselves and against others.
