The Special Olympics Basketball Program offers a welcoming and inclusive environment where participants can learn the fundamentals of basketball while building friendships. Designed as a non-competitive program, it focuses on skill development, teamwork, and having fun. Athletes of all abilities are encouraged to grow at their own pace, fostering confidence and a love for the game in a supportive community. Coaches, parents, and student volunteers will work with the players on a wide range of basketball skills and play short games.
