Join resident instructor Chris Gazarian as he leads individuals of all levels who are interested in enhancing their pottery skills and knowledge. Through the creation process, students will explore the relationship between form and function and will receive demonstrations and instruction on basic hand-building construction processes and finishing techniques for functional ceramics. This 9-week class will also include a brief introduction to the potter's wheel for creating functional work. Space is Limited.Location: Recreation Department Pottery Studio, 21 Highland StDates:  Wednesdays, September 9th-November 11thTime: 6pm-8pm$180 		Recreation Department - Recreation Department - Art Studio

Let your imagination go wild! Come create your own work of art using hand-building techniques such as coil, slab, pinching and sculpting.  Glazing techniques will be taught as well.  Students will make their own ice cream bowl and enjoy an ice cream social at the end of the session. RAP IMondays, September 14th, 28th, October 5th, 19th, and 26th3:05pm-5:00pmSouthborough Recreation will transport Neary Students to the Recreation Center.PARENTS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PICK UP AT THE RECREATION CENTER LOCATED 21 HIGHLAND ST.
