Summer Program Cancelation Policy


SOUTHBOROUGH SUMMER REFUND POLICY
 
The Southborough Recreation Department has implemented a new refund policy as it relates the to the Fayville, Cordaville, and CIT Programs. 
 
If a cancellation is requested prior to May 2025, a standard 10% Cancellation Fee will be applied to your total registration cancellation amount. 
 
If a cancellation is requested in the month of May 2025, a 15% Cancellation Fee will be applied to your total registration cancellation amount. 
 
If a cancellation is request in the months of June 2025-August 2025, a 25% Cancellation Fee will be applied to your total registration cancellation amount. 
 
If a refund is requested 180 days after your original registration date, a household credit will be granted and applied to your online account, minus the applicable cancellation fees above.
