Mat Ball One Day Finn and Woodward RAP - Woodward Mat Ball One Day RAP
This F.A.S.T. Mat Ball game is set up with 5 bases, the offensive team can have as many players as they chose on each base at any given time. Just like in kickball, the games are played with 3 outs and up to 6 innings per class. Teamwork, great base running and strategic kicking are the keys to success in this program! Grab your friends and join the fun for this one-day after school class.

Southborough Recreation Stained Glass Class This 6-week course will teach you everything you need to know to create beautiful stained-glass art made in the Tiffany style copper foil method. No experience necessary and open to all skill levels. The class will take you on a journey from selecting your pattern and glass, to cutting and grinding, to foiling and soldering, to framing and patina. All materials are included, and each participant will take home a finished art piece at the end to showcase proudly. Taught by Audra Murray, a Southborough resident. Audra has always loved stained glass, so she jumped at the opportunity to learn the art form when a class was offered. It was love at first cut, and she hasn’t stopped creating glass art ever since. She enjoys designing unique pieces and sharing her passion for stained glass with others. Ages: 13+ if accompanied with an adult. Chess Wizards is so popular with kids because of our unique structure. First, we let kids get the wiggles and giggles out with 10 minutes of free play and review of past taught topics. We then go right into the week's lessons. We separate students based on skill levels and teach different lessons best suited to their individual needs. All lessons have an activity and homework to accompany them and we have well over 80 different lessons to keep challenging our little wizards! Come join F.A.S.T. Athletics for some floor/street hockey fun. Fundamentals of hockey will be taught through training stations the first portion of the course. One-timers, passing, shooting and dribbling will be some of the training focus in the beginning. After the instructional period is over, each day will end with a good old fashion floor hockey game. At the beginning of class; we will remind the students of safety and good sportsmanship.
