Our 2nd Annual House Decorating Contest Is your house decorated for the holidays? Enter your home in our 2nd Annual Holiday Decorating Contest. Get creative, get outside, and get the WHOLE family involved. Prizes will be awarded for the top 3 winners (along with bragging rights). Come explore the world of Yoga and Mindfulness!  Each week, we'll embark on a new Yoga adventure filled with fun and creative themes to engage our imaginations.  We'll learn and practice Yoga postures to help develop focus, concentration, coordination, strength, stillness and self-confidence. Game Time Training will introduce the rules and principles of basketball, such as: understanding triple threat, knowing the spots on the court and learning the rules of dribbling, passing and shooting. Come join F.A.S.T. Athletics for some floor/street hockey fun. Fundamentals of hockey will be taught through training stations the first portion of the course. One-timers, passing, shooting and dribbling will be some of the training focus in the beginning. After the instructional period is over, each day will end with a good old fashion floor hockey game. Do you like stories about mythical creatures, magicians, and wizards? Or maybe you dream about going on an alien space adventure! Mermaids? Time travel? As the author, it will all be up to you, as you give life to a fantasy world of your own design. Mold your protagonist and give them some villainous bad guys to outsmart, design a breathtakingly beautiful setting or a dystopian underworld. Dream up some dizzy adventures. Our Right Brain Curriculum teachers will help you with the nuts & bolts: Giving your story a gripping conflict, “Stretching out” a scene, bringing your dialogue to life, sequencing events, and choosing those ultra-impressive synonyms.
