Game Time Training will introduce the rules and principles of basketball, such as: understanding triple threat, knowing the spots on the court and learning the rules of dribbling, passing and shooting. The GTT staff makes learning the game fun with interactive drills, music and ENERGY!

In Story Makers, students create, imagine, and write as they step into the role of authors, dreaming up original characters, exciting plots, and imaginative worlds of their own. Whether their stories involve dragons, superheroes, mysteries, or everyday adventures, kids learn how stories are built—from strong beginnings to satisfying endings. Each session focuses on a different element of storytelling, helping students turn ideas in their heads into words on the page.With guidance from Right Brain Curriculum instructors, students practice essential writing skills like character development, dialogue, setting, and conflict in a supportive, creative environment. The class emphasizes imagination, confidence, and self-expression, while giving young writers tools they can use in school and beyond. By the end, students will have stories they’re proud to share—and the excitement to keep writing on their own.

Let’s get creative with electricity! In this junior hands-on electronics class, students will gain experience with creating their own electronics; designing custom light-up greeting cards, electric games, mazes, and even musical instruments. Each class day consists of a circuitry lesson and a hands-on electronics project, using components like lights, buzzers, switches, motors, and sensors. Circuit Lab staff will make sure participants create a project that they can be proud of each day. Most class days include a take-home project.

Come experience a hands-on world of fun as you conduct a variety of scientific experiments! You will work on and take home your very own Chemistry Lab Kit, enabling you to complete many activities! Learn and discover many different scientific concepts in an entertaining and innovative approach. You will be trained to work like a real scientist in the lab. You will also make and take home some cool chemical creations! Learn all about energy and molecules, create a crazy bouncy glob from glue, and some scary green slime! Make your very own UV bracelet and watch it react to the sun. You will also get to witness some amazing scientific demonstrations from your instructor. Watch snow being created and feel how cold it is! Experience a powerful magnet, magic sand, and many other exciting experiments in this fascinating and educational program!

Programs will include proper stretching and warm-up games as well as learning basic skills of each sport, each class will end with a high energy game with the sport played that day.

Cooking is a life skill, and so is eating!On a mission to redefine kid food; Kids’ Test Kitchen’s enthusiastic Facilitators get eaters of all ages and abilities, cooking, tasting, and thinking about healthy ingredients!Students engage with food in a way that is both educational and fun. Through hands-on experience, kids are taught the value of fresh, healthy ingredients and gainappreciation for the process of transforming those ingredients into a finished product. Each class closes with an opportunity to taste the result of their hard work.Even the most reluctant eaters enjoy Kids’ Test Kitchen, where participation isencouraged, and the choice to taste is always one’s own.Students receive a printed recipe card and the focal ingredient - or a sample of the finished dish - so they can show off what they learned at home!Parents report their kids come home from Kids’ Test Kitchen EXCITED about fresh ingredients and new flavors!
